MY STORY
Living on Vancouver Island in Canada, I feel most in alignment with myself when outside in nature. My university degree is in Psychology and I am passionate about human behaviour. I am intrigued with everything to do with growth and personal development, believing wholeheartedly in the connection of body, mind, and soul. From this perspective, I view personal growth as very holistic (all-inclusive) and not just focusing on one aspect of life.
In the middle of my University career, when I was only 19 years old, I lost my mother to cancer. This tragedy triggered something in me to drop everything I was doing and backpack around the world. Fulfilled by constant learning, I wanted to experience the diversity this planet has to offer. For several years I explored different countries and cultures, working and living in Australia, South East Asia, India, Nepal, Spain, Egypt, and South America. Eventually I finished my Psychology degree and moved to Argentina. I have two small children - 6 and 3 years old - and I speak both English and Spanish to them.
Every human knows suffering. It takes many forms and is uniquely personal. Mine include the loss of my mother at such a young age, corruption, injustice perpetrated against my family in Argentina, divorce, and the daily challenges of being a single working mother solely responsible for my children 100% of the time. Overcoming so many obstacles has made me who I am today. I am still able to see the incredible beauty in life. I wholeheartedly believe that our biggest growth comes from our biggest challenges.

It may seem counterintuitive, yet I truly feel blessed by all my life experiences. This strength, this insight, this resilience - everything I am today are all direct by-products of my life challenges. I've been gifted amazing opportunities for powerful growth and empowerment. Some words that describe me are, authentic, compassionate, courageous, and curious. Being real and vulnerable and showing up with integrity and honesty are core values of mine.
I am passionate about being a coach. While its important to know that I don’t have all the answers to life, what I do have are all the questions needed to reveal what is important to you and support you in going after what matters. It is so common to go through life on autopilot. My goal is empowering you to shift out of autopilot and into a gear of leading with your heart; living your life on purpose with a sense of fulfillment. I believe in you.
